2021-22 Enrollment Instructions

Parents/Guardians,

Enrollment is an on-line process similar to how we enrolled last summer. If you remember your log-in and password information, please follow the instructions below to complete the process. If you do not remember your log-in information, or have never received log-in credentials, please contact the high school at (580) 759-2381 or e-mail: mevans@stratford.k12.ok.us and we can provide the information for you. 

Enrollment Procedures:

From the school website  home page, click on the Gradebook tab. 

Enter your username and password, click on Sign In. 

Click on Student Records Portal.

Click on Enroll Student 2021-22 school year.

At this point, you should just be able to update contact information and health information if your child was a student at Stratford last year. If they will be new to Stratford this year, you will need to enter all information. Once you h ave gone through each tab at the top of the page, click on Submit to Site. This will send the new information to the system and you are finished!
